The manager Norman was very nice. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. We had from a 2 year old to a 66 year old. There were thing's for everyone to do and enjoy. A great plus is how pet friendly this property is. A wonderful thing seeing everyone walking their dog's and respecting everyone else. You did not see a single pop anywhere. The property is super clean.
The townhouse was modern, clean a d beautiful. It had all the appliances, towels pots and pans.... everything you could need and I'm sure if I needed anything else all I had to do was ask.
We live in Florida so now that we found this treasure, we will be back soon. As we left we all agreed we must come back in a couple of month's.

Was pleasantly surprised when we got there. Newly renovated unit. You can walk out the back door to the pool. Great location in Key Largo, a few minutes from the marina. Will definitely book here again.

The lagoon was amazing, and Norman has numerous toys (paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, snorkel gear etc for his guests). Norman is a consummate host and has multiple properties, and tries to make sure you get the most of your stay while you are staying in one of his properties. While we were down, he had an opportunity for my daughter to see something unique, but sadly we just didn't get a chance to take him up on the offer. Maybe next year. If you like dad jokes for your young children he can go toe to toe with you! We spent most of our time in the lagoon, and my daughter went from being afraid to swim to swimming to the platform in 12-20' of water and repeatedly jumping in. Great location, minutes from Pennycamp and well.. to Key West, you are at the mercy of the Keys, no matter where you are.

Unit N2 is very newly remodeled with beautiful and contemporary furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the bed pillows were awesome! Great location and close to really good restaurants. Would definitely rent again if returning to Key Largo.

This was a perfect location for two 16 year old boys. There was so much to do: fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding- all included by Norm. The lagoon was great for swimming and snorkeling and their were 2 pools.

My wife and I just completed a weeks stay at Kawama Towers. This unit has beautiful view of the marina and the Atlantic beyond. Off beaten path. Most mornings watched the sun rise over the ocean from the jetty and then watched the sun set in the evening. Enjoyed watching the manatees along the jetty and tarpon rolling at dusk.
Pool was beautiful and landscaping was tropical flavor include Bird of Paradise Oman as new arrival!
Beautiful and 80 every day.
The condo was well furnished and extremely comfortable
With a nice kitchen.
The area has two great restaurants within easy walking distance. pilot House and key Largo Fisheries with attached retail fish market.
Norman was very nice and provided nice orientation upon arrival
And was always there and available.
He has kayaks paddle boards and fishing equipment to use.
(I will definitely fish next year!!)
Lastly the dolphins at the dolphin care center just outside the condo complex is a Must Must see.!!
We loved the condo and the area and we absolutely will be returning next year .. maybe two weeks !!

We were happy with the property. It’s a very safe, charming little neighborhood that is well kept and very clean. Everyone was friendly and the location in Key Largo was perfect. The unit we reserved was not the one we got but the one we got was an upgrade that was larger and had an extra room. It was clean and comfortable but did have some minor quirks with the electrical. (One light switch in the bedroom turned the fans on in the entire house) That’s a very minor issue in a rental property but just want to set expectations properly. Norm was a very nice guy and eager to show us around. We enjoyed the water toys, pool and lagoon. It is on our list of places we would like to come back to as we would most certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Norm could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. The condo was beautifully updated and impeccably cleaned and maintained. Close to so many great places (John Pennekamp State Park, Founders Park in Islamorada and close enough for a great day trip to Key West and back) with easy access to Publix and other basic stores. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again.
